I’ll review all agency options for Colorado and represent you as your buyer’s agent, if you wish.  All my buyer’s services will be provided to you without charge.

When your price range and preferred neighborhoods are identified,  I’ll set up a custom search program to notify you the minute a new ”property match” appears on the multiple listing service.  We’ll look at properties until we find just the right house you’d like to call “home.”

Buying a New Home

Interested in new construction?  I’ll show you the best.  It’s important to know that the price of new construction will be the same whether I assist you with my professional expertise or you buy directly from the on-site agent who represents the seller.
